1. What financial safeguards has Drive Electric put in place to ensure the vehicles are produced and delivered as promised?
In December of 2009 Drive Electric and PayPal entered into an agreement where PayPal would hold 100% of the transaction proceeds processed online until final delivery to the customer. This arrangement met the needs of Drive Electric and the manufacturer, Zone Electric Car, as well as provided assurance to the customer that safeguards were in place to ensure delivery of their vehicle.
2. When will the accessory page be online?
Drive Electric is bringing an accessory catalogue online and will be made available by the end of the February.
3. Where are the vehicles being assembled?
Zone Electric Car has contracted with Western Golf Car to do the final assembly of the vehicles in Palm Desert, CA. With over 30 years in business, Western Golf Car is one of the original pioneers in the Low Speed Electric vehicle field and maintains the reputation as the industry's preeminent manufacture of high end Low Speed electric vehicles.
4. When will I receive my car and can I track the progress online?
Vehicles are being delivered weekly. Please check out our updated photos page to see vehicles going through final assembly at Western Golf Car and being delivered. Drive Electric will be providing regular updates and online order tracking will be available soon.
5. Can I make a change to my order such as a different color or provide updated contact and shipping information?
Yes. In the very near future, you will be able to make these changes by logging into your account on the www.JustDriveElectric.com website. Charges may apply.
6. What were the terms and conditions I lost the copy that came with my order?
