1. How do I get my Order Number?

Send an email to admin@JustDriveElectric.com with your name and shipping address
and your order number will be emailed back to you within one business day.

 

2. How accurate is my delivery date?

It is conservatively accurate.  The estimated delivery date is based on several recent visits
to the factory in Asia and the assembly plant in California. The manufacturer is making
attempts to increase production to beat the date provided.

 

3. Will ordering an accessory delay the delivery of my vehicle?

No, in most cases ordering accessories will not slow down your delivery; however,
the manufacturer does offer factory-installed modifications such as 4-wheel braking
that could delay your order.

 

4. What financial safeguards has Drive Electric put in place to ensure
the vehicles are produced and delivered as promised?

In December of 2009 Drive Electric and PayPal entered into an agreement where PayPal
would hold 100% of the transaction proceeds processed online until final delivery to the customer.
This arrangement met the needs of Drive Electric and the manufacturer, Zone Electric Car, as well as
provided assurance to the customer that safeguards were in place to ensure delivery of their vehicle.

 

5.  Where are the vehicles being assembled?

Zone Electric Car has contracted with Western Golf Car/Lido Motors to do the final assembly of
the vehicles in Palm Desert, CA. With over 30 years in business, Western Golf Car is one of the
original pioneers in the Low Speed Electric vehicle field and maintains the reputation as the
i ndustry's preeminent manufacture of high end Low Speed electric vehicles.

 

6.  How does Drive Electric handle warranty and service issues?

If you feel like you have a warranty issue, please fill out the “Vehicle Issue Form” on our website under the Specs and Warranties Tab and someone in resolutions will respond within 2 business days.  DE works with local certified electric car dealers to address warranty and service matters.



7. Can I make a change to my order such as a different color or provide
updated contact and shipping information?

Yes, you can purchase a color change and any accessory through our online shopping cart.
